Shipping policy
Fulfilment
All orders are fulfilled from the USA, where our product is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping (orders of 200+ units may take 5–10 business days). You can edit your shipping address or cancel your order within the first 2 hours after placing it.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated based on order weight and destination, and charged at cost — we don't mark up shipping.
United States (via USPS)

A single bottle (60 capsules) ships at the lowest tier. Multi-bottle bundles are charged at their actual combined weight.
International (via FedEx)
$19–25 for the first pound, increasing with weight and destination zone. Delivery in 3–5 business days after processing; customs clearance may add delays outside our control. International orders ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) — you are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by your destination country on arrival.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 2–4 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express) after processing. We're currently unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- International: 3–5 business days after processing, depending on destination.
We currently ship to: Canada, and select countries across Europe, Australia, and Asia-Pacific. See the full list of supported countries at checkout — if your country is available as a shipping destination there, we ship to you.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays at customs for international orders are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number automatically.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us via the contact page with your order number and we will make it right.
